Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged during the shipping process, please contact me via contact page immediately to discuss the next steps and arrange for the return of the item for investigation.

If your return is accepted, I will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, including digital (PDF) patterns and custom orders. However, if you accidentally make a duplicate purchase, I will gladly refund your money. I also offer unlimited email assistance to help resolve any issues you may encounter with Pepika patterns.

Ready-Made Crochet Toys

Please inspect your order upon receipt. I will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you find any issues, contact me immediately so we can evaluate the problem and make it right. Once I receive and inspect your return, I will notify you of the refund status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Conditions of Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with tags and in its original packaging. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service, to ensure the unwanted items are returned safely.
