Crochet Mouse Pattern – Cooper the Mouse

This crochet mouse pattern includes detailed instructions accompanied by easy-to-follow images to make your own amigurumi mouse. This is a simple pattern which only requires single crochet, slip stitch, increase, decrease, chain, and working in rounds.

Finished size: If using sport-weight cotton yarn and a 2.5 mm hook, your amigurumi mouse will be approx. 15 cm / 6” tall.

Materials you’ll need to crochet the mouse:

• 2.5 mm crochet hook
• sport-weight cotton yarn (50g/125m/137yd):
  white (35g/90m/100yd)
  yellow (10g/25m/30yd)
  black (5g/13m/14yd)
• soft stuffing
• a pair of 8 mm black eyes
• stitch marker, tapestry needle, scissors and sewing pins

Cooper is a small mouse with a big appetite. He loves to play hide-and-seek and he’s very good at it. But don’t worry, if you can’t find him just put a small piece of cheese nearby and you will soon see his cute little snout peeking out of his hiding place.
