The cats pictured on the left are made of cotton yarn, the grey one is made of boucle yarn.

Finished size: It works well in any type of yarn, the size of finished cat depends on the yarn and crochet hook you use.

When done with worsted weight yarn and an E hook, the cat sits 8 1/2" (20.5 cm) tall. If done with sport category yarn and a 2.5 mm hook, the little cat sits 5.5" (14 cm) tall.
